A white-label neobank on Omniwire is typically live in 4–6 weeks. Most of that time isn’t engineering. It’s decisions, approvals and review cycles — and they go faster when you take them in order.

1. Program design

Decide who the product is for and what it does on day one: account types, card type, which rails your users can send and receive on, and the fees you’ll charge. Write it down; every later step refers back to it.

2. Bank approval

Your partner bank reviews the program, your marketing and your customer-facing disclosures before launch. Share the program design early and expect questions.

3. Card art

Card designs go through network and bank review. Leave room for revisions, and confirm the required logos and legal text before you finalize.

4. KYC flows

Decide what you collect at sign-up and what happens when a check needs manual review. KYC and AML are built into the platform; your job is the experience around them.

5. Launch day

  • Test every rail end to end in the sandbox.
  • Confirm support scripts for disputes and account questions.
  • Start with a small group, watch the dashboards, then open the doors.
